Terms and Guidelines for TreepGo Captains
1. Onboarding Requirements
All partners must provide valid documentation, including a valid Driving License, Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), Insurance, and a background verification check.
2. Code of Conduct
Captains are expected to maintain professionalism, adhere to traffic laws, and treat customers with respect. Any violation, including harassment or driving under the influence, will result in immediate termination.
3. Earnings and Payouts
TreepGo offers a transparent earning structure. Payouts are settled on a weekly or daily basis directly to the partner's registered bank account, depending on their chosen plan.
4. Vehicle Maintenance
Partners are responsible for maintaining their vehicles in good condition to ensure passenger safety and comfort. Routine inspections may be requested by TreepGo.
