Cancellation Policy
Know your rights and fees when cancelling a ride.
1. Free Cancellations
You can cancel your booking for free before a Captain has been assigned to your ride, or within the first 2 minutes of a Captain accepting your booking.
2. Cancellation Fees
If you cancel after the Captain has traveled a significant distance towards your pickup location, or if the Captain is waiting at your pickup location for over 5 minutes, a nominal cancellation fee will be charged to compensate the Captain for their time and fuel.
3. Driver Cancellations
If a Captain cancels your ride, you will not be charged. We closely monitor driver cancellations to ensure a reliable experience.
