Driver Safety Policy
Your safety is just as important as our riders' safety.
1. Zero Tolerance for Violence
TreepGo maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against physical abuse, verbal harassment, or discrimination from riders towards our Captains. Riders violating this will be permanently banned from the platform.
2. Emergency Assistance (SOS)
The TreepGo Partner app features a dedicated SOS button that connects directly to local law enforcement and our 24/7 Incident Response Team for immediate support during emergencies.
3. Ride Tracking
All active trips are GPS tracked. If a trip goes off-route or takes an unusual amount of time without notification, our safety team will proactively check in with the Captain.
4. Captain Insurance
We provide accidental insurance coverage for our Captains while they are on an active trip on the TreepGo platform to cover medical expenses in the rare event of a road accident.
